We are seeking employees with a positive and outgoing attitude! Retail and Surf industry experience is preferred but not required.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and succeed in daily sales goals
• Restocking and organize the sales floor
• Understand product knowledge
• Identify customer needs
• Proper use of POS system accordingly

Qualifications:

• Obtains sales and customer service skills
• Basic math skills
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and employees
• Dependable and flexible schedule
• Complete daily duties that are assigned by the store manager
